FocusKids values the privacy of children and families. This policy explains how information is handled in the app.

We Do Not Collect or Transmit Data
FocusKids requires no account, uses no backend server, and contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or user tracking. The developer does not receive child profile information or training data entered in the app.

Information Stored on the Device
To provide its features, FocusKids stores the following information inside the app container on the current device:
Child display name
Date of birth
Selected avatar
Daily and weekly training goals
Game score, accuracy, duration, and completion time
This information is used only to display profiles, calculate the age shown in the interface, and create local plans, growth reports, and achievements. FocusKids does not automatically upload or share this information with third parties.

Retention and Deletion
Information remains on the current device until it is changed by the user or FocusKids is deleted. Uninstalling the app removes data stored in its app container. Device backups are managed by the user’s Apple device and account settings.

Children’s Privacy
FocusKids is intended for children, but it does not collect children’s personal information over the internet. A parent or guardian should assist with creating and managing child profiles.

Third-Party Services
The current version includes no third-party advertising, analytics, social sign-in, or cloud data service.

Changes to This Policy
If a future version changes how data is handled, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated. If network collection or sharing is introduced, we will provide clear notice and obtain consent where required.
